Your marketing
is running.
But something
feels off.

You're posting, spending, and showing up — and yet something is quietly, persistently wrong. That feeling has a name. It's called marketing without clarity.

My website looks great — but people visit and just leave.

I've been posting consistently, but my audience isn't growing.

—

I hired a team to "handle marketing" — but I still feel lost.

My competitors seem to be everywhere. I feel invisible.

If you nodded at even one of these — you're in the right place.

"I don't sell services. I fix clarity problems in marketing."

My Approach

Clarity before everything.

Every business I work with gets the same starting point: a real, honest look at where the confusion is coming from. Not assumptions. Not a generic audit template. An actual conversation.

We find the gap

Before recommending anything, I listen. I look at what you have, what your audience actually sees, and where the disconnect is hiding.

We build direction

You get a clear picture of what needs to happen and in what order. No guessing. No overwhelming to-do lists. Just a simple, honest path forward.

We execute with intention

Whether I'm doing the work or guiding your team — every action has a reason behind it. Nothing random, nothing reactive.

"She didn't just fix our content. She fixed how we thought about our whole brand. That's something no agency had ever done for us."

Vamika · Director, Service Business

"For the first time, I can explain my business in one sentence. That alone changed how I pitch, how I write, and how I sell."

About Shrddha

I didn't start as a marketer. I started as someone who couldn't stand confusion.

For over 15 years, I've been writing. Articles, scripts, strategy documents, structured learning content — words have always been how I make sense of the world.

But when I stepped into marketing, I noticed something strange: most businesses were drowning in content, campaigns, and consultants — and still couldn't clearly say who they were, who they were for, or why anyone should care.

That bothered me. A lot.

So I stopped trying to be the kind of marketer who fills your calendar with content. I became the kind who helps you figure out what to actually say — and why.

Today, I run Mask Digital Media. I work with founders and small business owners who are doing everything right on paper, but something still feels off. That gap between "doing marketing" and "marketing working" is exactly where I live.

I also teach — because I believe that when you understand your own marketing, everything gets better. Even when you hand it off to someone else.

Things I believe

01 More content is not the answer to a clarity problem.
02 A beautiful website that confuses visitors is an expensive mistake.
03 Tactics without strategy are just expensive experiments.
04 If you can't explain your business in two sentences, no campaign will save you.
05 The best marketing sounds like a real person talking to another real person.

How I Can Help

I don't offer packages.
I solve problems.

Tell me what's broken — I'll tell you how we fix it. Below are the most common marketing problems I work on.

Problem

Your marketing feels scattered — you're doing everything but getting nowhere.

→
I bring structure.
We map out a clear direction with priorities that make sense for your stage, budget, and audience. No more chasing every trend.
Problem

Your website looks good — but it doesn't convert visitors into leads.

→
I fix your messaging.
Most websites fail because they talk about the business instead of talking to the customer. I rewrite your core messaging so visitors feel understood instantly.
Problem

You're creating content — but nobody's engaging or buying.

→
I rebuild your content strategy.
Content without a clear audience or purpose is just noise. I identify who you're really talking to, what they need to hear, and what actually works for your business.
Problem

You've explained your business to 10 people and got 10 different reactions.

→
I clarify your positioning.
When your positioning is unclear, all your marketing suffers. We work on how you describe what you do so it resonates instantly — for the right people.
Problem

You want to start marketing but don't know where to begin.

→
I build your marketing foundation.
Before campaigns, before content, before any agency — I help you build the foundation: audience clarity, messaging, and a 90-day action plan that won't overwhelm you.
Problem

Your team is busy doing a lot — but results are flat.

→
I audit and fix the direction.
Sometimes the problem isn't effort — it's direction. I look at what your team is doing, why it isn't landing, and restructure the strategy so their work actually moves the needle.

Not sure which problem is yours?

Most founders have 2–3 of these at once.
That's exactly why we start with a conversation.

Let's figure it out together →

Questions I Answer

The real questions founders Google at night.

These are the questions business owners type into search when something feels wrong. I answer them honestly, without the jargon.

Still confused? Let's talk
Why is my marketing not working? +
In most cases, it comes down to one of three things: you're talking to the wrong people, you're saying the right things in the wrong way, or you're jumping into execution without a clear strategy. Marketing without a foundation is like building on sand. The fix isn't more content or bigger budgets — it's going back to basics: who are you talking to, what do they actually need to hear, and why should they trust you?
Why am I not getting leads from my website?+
A website that doesn't generate leads usually has a messaging problem, not a design problem. Visitors land on your page, don't immediately understand what you do or why it matters, and leave. Your homepage needs to do three things fast: show that you understand their problem, explain what you do about it, and make the next step feel obvious and low-risk. If any of those are missing, leads won't come — no matter how much traffic you drive.
Why does my content get views but no conversions?+
Views mean you've got attention. Conversions mean you've given people a reason to act. The gap between the two is usually a trust or clarity issue. Your content may be informative — but does it clearly connect to what you offer? Content that converts always answers: "What does this mean for me, and what should I do next?" If your content doesn't answer that, people watch, enjoy, and move on.
Why does my social media have followers but no business?+
Followers and customers are different audiences — until you bridge the gap. Most social media content is built to get likes, not leads. If your content isn't regularly connecting your audience to your offer, to your expertise, or to a next step — they'll follow you for entertainment but never buy. You need a content strategy that moves people from awareness, to trust, to action.
Should I be on every social media platform?+
No. Being everywhere and saying nothing meaningful is worse than being on one platform and saying something worth hearing. The right platform is wherever your specific audience spends time. For most small businesses, that's 1-2 platforms — done well. Spreading thin across five is one of the most common ways businesses waste time without results.
Why did I hire a marketing agency but still feel confused?+
Most agencies are built to execute — not to think strategically with you. They take what you give them and make it look polished. But if the foundation isn't clear — if you haven't nailed your positioning, messaging, and audience — polished execution of a confused strategy still produces confused results. Before hiring for execution, hire for clarity.
Do I need a rebrand or just better marketing?+
Most businesses that think they need a rebrand actually just need clearer messaging. A new logo won't fix a positioning problem. Before spending on a visual rebrand, ask: Can I clearly explain what I do, for whom, and why it's different? If the answer is no — that's where the work needs to happen first. Clarity always comes before design.
How do I explain my business so people actually understand it?+
Start with the problem you solve, not the service you offer. People connect with problems, not products. Instead of "I provide digital marketing services," say "I help small business owners stop wasting money on marketing that doesn't work." Lead with the pain. Follow with the outcome. Keep it to two sentences. If you can't do that yet — that's the clarity work we need to do first.
Why does my marketing feel like a never-ending to-do list?+
Because it is — when there's no strategy to filter decisions through. Without clear priorities, everything feels equally important and urgent. The fix is having a simple plan that tells you: these 3 things matter most right now, everything else can wait. When you have direction, you can say no to the noise. Marketing should feel intentional — not like you're just trying to keep up.
How much should a small business spend on marketing?+
A more useful question is: what are you spending it on, and do you know if it's working? Budget without direction is just expensive guessing. Early-stage businesses should invest more in clarity and strategy than in campaigns. Once you know your message, your audience, and your conversion path — then scale the spend.
